Services
ChargeOrlando provides professional electric vehicle charger installation services in the Orlando and Central Florida area. Our services include site assessment, electrical installation, permit management, and post installation support. All electrical work is performed by licensed and insured electricians in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through our website or by our team are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions discovered during installation, including panel capacity, wire run distance, structural considerations, and any unforeseen complications. We will discuss any scope changes and associated costs with you before proceeding with additional work.
Permits and Inspections
ChargeOrlando handles all permit applications and inspection coordination as part of our standard installation service. Permit fees are included in our quoted prices unless otherwise noted. We are responsible for ensuring all work meets applicable building codes and passes inspection. If an inspection requires corrections, we will address them at no additional cost.
Warranty
Our workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in electrical connections, conduit installation, and mounting. Equipment warranties (chargers, breakers, outlets) are provided by their respective manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty. We will assist you with manufacturer warranty claims if needed.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your home and electrical system during the quote process
- Ensure clear access to the electrical panel and installation area on the scheduled date
- Have an adult present during installation
- Obtain any required HOA approvals before scheduling installation
- Inform us of any known electrical issues, previous unpermitted work, or unusual conditions
Scheduling and Cancellation
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same day cancellations may be subject to a service fee. Weather related rescheduling (common during Florida's storm season) is handled at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
ChargeOrlando's liability is limited to the cost of the installation services provided. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles, vehicle charging systems, or other property except where caused by our negligence. We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage for your protection.
